Sal-Rei
Tourism Sal Rei, Ilha da Boavista, CABO VERDEThis 5-star hotel with 150 rooms was designed with an architectural intention of combining quality and functionality in the exceptional and affluent context.
It is situated on the West side of the urban centre of Sal Rei, on the land belonging to the old warehouses and factory of the Ultra, SA company – closed to Praia d´Diante, Porto Frente, the emblematic Alfandega building and the Praça dos Namorados, with an unique view over the Sal Rei islet and Estoril beach.
In this project a particular importance was given to the main entrance facing the open space of the Praça dos Namorados due to the introduction of two sets of independent commercial spaces accessible through Rua de Santa and the Praça dos Namorados.
The Hotel was developed over five floors including basement. The 1st floor contains an outdoor leisure area with a swimming pool and bar, overlooking the beach and granting panoramic view over the sea and Sal Rei islet.
