Sky Restelo is located in a privileged area of Lisbon, near to the River Tejo and the Monsanto Park. The top of this building offers sumptuous view over Lisbon and its surroundings.

The project aims to promote an alternative concept of living in multi-family housing, together with combining a set of leisure and social spaces, such as: bar, swimming pool for adults and children, Roman sauna, gym, rooftop with views, condominium meeting room, with the provision of internal services for residents.

The building was the object of numerous design concerns both with its interior as well as its exterior. The facades were subject to a careful design process that marked the vertical fenestration rhythms and clearly expressed the protruding and recessed elements through the use of materials that, in addition to their intrinsic quality, were also chosen for their low maintenance.

The elegant materials used for exterior cladding extend to the common interior spaces, maintaining a language of sobriety and avoiding excess in the application of different finishes.
